Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 11 to the interlocal agreement with The University of Texas at Austin to improve birth outcomes and maternal/infant health among vulnerable communities of color in Austin, to add a 12-month extension option ending September 30, 2025, in the amount of $408,944, for a total revised agreement amount not to exceed $3,856,050.
