Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 10 to the agreement with Casa Marianella to provide emergency and transitional shelter to immigrants experiencing homelessness, to add funds in the amount of $500,000, and to extend the agreement through September 30, 2025, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $2,300,751.
