Authorize negotiation and execution an amendment to an agreement with Youth and Family Alliance d/b/a Lifeworks to provide services to unaccompanied youth experiencing homelessness and young adults 24 years of age and younger experiencing homelessness, to add two 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $161,187, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $963,644.
