Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Aviation Department Airport Operating Fund Budget (Ordinance No. 20230816-008) to increase revenue by $10,082,451 and increase appropriations by $10,082,451 for adjustments due to the Aviation staffing market study, expenses related to the improved vacancy rate, wage and vacancy adjustments, and increased commodity purchasing needs.
