Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Sunrise Community Church d/b/a Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center to provide diversion services and financial assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness for an initial 12-month term beginning October 1, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $533,660, with two 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $533,660, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,600,980.
