Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Sunrise Community Church d/b/a Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center to provide digital housing crisis referral and information services for an initial 13-month term, beginning September 1, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $1,083,530, with four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $833,530, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $4,417,650.
