Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Austin Travis County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care for the Homeless Outreach Street Team, which connects individuals and families experiencing homelessness with the initial services necessary to achieve stability and recovery, starting October 1, 2024, for a term of 12 months, in an amount not to exceed $399,354, with four 12-month extension options, each in an amount not to exceed $399,354, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,996,770.
