The owner of the needed property is Bridgeway Villas Condominium Owners Association, Inc. The property is located at 1400 Bridgeway Drive, Austin, Texas 78704. The general route of the project is east of 3201 South Lamar to the intersection of Del Curto Road and Lightsey Road, and north to approximately the 2300 block of Thornton Road.
