Approve a resolution establishing a Bond Election Advisory Task Force to make recommendations related to infrastructure needs and climate investment opportunities for a bond election to be held no later than November 2026; establishing the makeup, processes, and appointment process for the task force; and instructing the City Manager to provide information about current and future bonds and a capital needs assessment.
