Approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 20231019-005 to authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the advance funding agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation to specify that federal grant funds will be spent on the MoKan Corridor Trail section that includes the bridge over Boggy Creek, and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute future amendments to the agreement.
