Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Family Eldercare, Inc. to provide housing location, case management, and financial management services for an initial 12-month term beginning October 1, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $1,050,000, with four 12-month renewal options not to exceed $1,050,000 per option, for a total contract amount not to exceed $5,250,000.
