Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with the University of Houston for program evaluation of efforts to reduce tobacco disparities among LGBTQ+ communities in an amount not to exceed $22,500 for the term of September 1, 2024, through April 28, 2025, with one 12-month extension option in an amount not to exceed $22,500, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $45,000.
