Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the contract for engineering services for the Corridor Improvements Consultant Project with HDR Engineering, Inc., to increase the amount by $4,000,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $77,500,000. [Note: This contract was awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9A (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 15.36% MBE and 11.42% WBE].
