Authorize execution of a contact for construction services for the Williamson Creek Phase 1- Brassiewood Drive and Creekwood Drive Bypass Storm Drain Improvement project with Cash Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $2,253,322, plus a $225,332 contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,478,654. [Note: This contract will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) through achievements of Good Faith Efforts with 6.62% MBE and 0.17% WBE participation].
