Authorize the negotiation and execution of any documents and instruments necessary or desirable to purchase in fee simple a tract of land totaling approximately 188.79 acres in Travis County Texas within the Barton Creek Watershed from James Phil Mockford (acting by and through his attorney-in-fact, Philip Dale Mockford), Jane Nix Mockford and Philip Dale Mockford, located at 5611 Great Divide Drive, Travis County, Texas 78738, to be acquired via an assignment of an option for the purchase of real estate from The Nature Conservancy of Texas, Inc., for a total amount not to exceed $19,100,000 including closing costs.
