Authorize an amendment to the professional services contract for engineering services for the Williamson Creek Wastewater Interceptor project with CAS Consulting & Services, Inc., in the amount of $586,721, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $7,046,716. Current participation to date is 66.77% MBE and 6.94% WBE].
