Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the Local Mobility ADA Sidewalk and Ramp Improvements Group 33 Citywide - IDIQ project with Muniz Concrete & Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $10,000,000 for a term of 1-year, with two 1-year extension options of $10,000,000 each, for a total contract amount not to exceed $30,000,000. [Note: This contract will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) by meeting the goals with 7.40% MBE and 1.62% WBE participation].
