Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the contract with MGC Contractors, Inc., for the Walnut Creek Primary Clarifier and Flow Equalization Basin Rehab project to increase the amount by $127,300,000, for a total revised contract amount not to exceed $160,000,000. [Note: This contract was awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 2.21% MBE and 0.25% WBE].
