Authorize negotiation and execution of eight professional services contracts for engineering services for the 2023 Watershed Protection Flood Risk Reduction Rotation List with Freese and Nichols, Inc., AECOM Technical Services, Inc., HDR Engineering, Inc., Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., Halff Associates, Inc., BGE, Inc., H.W. Lochner, Inc., dba K Friese & Associates, LLC, and Doucet & Associates, Inc., for total contract amounts not to exceed $45,000,000, divided among the firms. [Note: These contracts will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) by meeting the goals with 8.55% MBE and 3.32% WBE participation].
