Authorize an amendment to the contract for pre-construction and construction services for the Beverly S. Sheffield Northwest District Park and Montopolis Neighborhood Park Aquatic Facilities project with Flintco, LLC, to increase the amount by $11,460,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $24,000,000.
