Set a public hearing to be conducted in accordance with Texas Parks and Wildlife Code Chapter 26 to consider a resolution authorizing permanent and temporary changes of use of dedicated parkland, known as the Waller Beach at Town Lake Metropolitan Park, to allow Austin Energy to use approximately 13,116 square feet of parkland for a subterranean electric duct bank and approximately 10,973 square feet of parkland for staging, access, and a temporary work area.
