Set a public hearing to consider an ordinance amending City Code Title 25 (Land Development) to create a new zoning district for a density bonus program focused on creative space and performance venue preservation that includes, at a minimum, modified site requirements; and initiating amendments to City Code Title 25 (Land Development) to create a Red River Cultural Subdistrict within the area subject to the Downtown Density Bonus Program.
