Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to acquire an extension of four temporary working space easements, consisting of approximately 0.087 acres (3,805 square feet), 0.019 acres (804 square feet), 0.009 acres (414 square feet), and 0.010 acres (434 square feet) of land, generally located at 2303 Kinney Road, Austin, Texas 78704, from Joe Steve Williams, as trustee of the Joe Steve Williams Revocable Trust of 2001, in an amount not to exceed $90,612.
