Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the professional services contract for engineering services for the Fallwell Lane Capital Renewal project with Halff Associates, Inc., in the amount of $5,500,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $9,000,000. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with 49 CFR Part 26 and City Code 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 30.48% DBE].
