Authorize an amendment to the professional services contract for engineering services for the design of Barton Springs Road Bridge over Barton Creek with URS Corp. in the amount of $9,000,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $11,863,005. [Note: This contract was awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 6.12% MBE and 13.14% WBE].
