Authorize the negotiation and execution of an encroachment agreement with the State of Texas for the permanent subsurface encroachment of approximately 0.022 acre (960 square feet) of public right-of-way, for an underground service corridor, together with chilled water lines and conduits, crossing the Colorado Street right-of-way between 15th and 16th Streets.
