Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the Longhorn Dam Multimodal Improvements project with Jay-Reese Contractors Inc., in the amount of $20,746,577.95 plus a $2,074,657.80 contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $22,821,235.75. [Note: This contract will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) through achievements of good faith efforts with 6.13 % MBE and 1.64% WBE participation].
