Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the Harold Court Service Center Watershed Protection Department Campus Improvements project with Jerdon Enterprise, L.P. in the amount of $916,397, plus a $91,640 contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,008,037.
