Authorize the negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to acquire in fee simple approximately 0.217 acre (9,434 square feet) of land for park purposes, located at 2701 East 22nd Street, Austin, Texas 78722 and being Lot 1, Block 2, Amended Plat of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2 of Austin Heights, a subdivision in Travis County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 89, Page 47 of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas, from Austin Independent School District in an amount not to exceed $776,467 including closing costs.
