Authorize an amendment to the contract for professional services for the IH35 Cap and Stitch Improvements project with Arup US, Ins., in the amount of $1,000,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $3,000,000. [Note: The original contract was awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 7.73% MBE and 18.21% WBE.]. This amendment and subsequent contract will be awarded in compliance with the federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program due to the acceptance of federal funding. A DBE goal will be established at a later date.
