Authorize execution of two contracts for original equipment manufacturer parts and repair services for vehicle power and driveline components with Drivetrain Specialists LLC and Northwest Drive Train, Inc. d/b/a Northwest Drive Train Service, each for a term of five years in amounts not to exceed $965,000, divided between the contractors. [Note: This solicitation was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). For the goods and services required for this solicitation, there were no subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].
