Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to recommend changes to the employee benefit program that offer more comprehensive family-building benefits, to provide cost estimates for these extended benefits, and to identify funding Council can consider appropriating during the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget adoption to implement the program.
