Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to a contract for continued forensic analysis of biological evidence with Southwest Research Institute d/b/a Signature Science LLC, to increase the amount by $4,000,000 and to extend the term by up to five years for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $10,469,955.
