Authorize an amendment to the design-build contract for design and construction services for the Fire and EMS Stations Rebuild and Renovations project with Flintco LLC, to increase the contract amount by $750,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $27,450,000. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 18.95% MBE and 1.71% WBE. Related to Items #18 and #43.
