Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the 38th and 40th Streets Water and Wastewater Pipeline Renewal project with Cedar Hills Construction LLC, in the amount of $4,760,554, plus a $476,055 contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $5,236,609. [This contract will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority-Owned and Women- Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) by meeting the goals with 7.64% MBE and 0.89% WBE participation.
