Authorize negotiation and execution of interlocal agreements with various governmental agencies to lend public safety equipment for an initial term of up to five years, with two subsequent optional renewals of five years each, to support agencies that cooperate with the City's public safety departments in the provision of law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services equipment, to include electronic, vehicular, portable, and fixed communications equipment in times of emergency or for purposes of mutual aid and interoperability.
