Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the Walnut Creek-Oak Knoll Flood Risk Reduction project with Santa Clara Construction, Ltd. in the amount of $8,232,469 plus a $823,246 contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $9,055,716.
