Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the legal services agreement with Blair Leake with the law firm of Wright and Greenhill, PC for individual officer representation in Gonzalez et al. v. City of Austin et al., Cause No. 1:22-cv-00655 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in an amount of $255,500, for a total contract amount not to exceed $295,500.
