Authorize negotiation and execution of a promissory note and related documents with Austin Community Foundation, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000, to fund a pool of capital to facilitate the acquisition of real property and provide construction and permanent financing for affordable housing developments within the City of Austin, Texas.
