Approve a resolution authorizing negotiation and execution of an advanced funding agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the relocation and adjustments of existing electric infrastructure in conflict with the Texas Department of Transportation’s Loop 360 at RM 2222 and Courtyard Roadway project for and estimated cost of $93,205 plus a 10 percent contingency of $9,320.50, for a total estimated cost of $102,525.50, plus any cost overruns.
