Authorize an amendment to the Local Mobility ADA Sidewalk & Ramp Improvements Group 28 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity City Wide construction contract with Muniz Concrete & Contracting, Inc., to increase the amount by $3,750,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $18,750,000. [Note: This contract was awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 12.84% MBE and 1.69% WBE].
