Authorize an amendment to the contract for the Airport Expansion and Development Program Airfield Infrastructure project with RS&H, Inc., to increase the amount by $12,700,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $20,700,000. [Note: This amendment will be executed in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) and 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE)].
