Authorize execution of a contract for construction of the Parque Zaragoza Neighborhood Park - Bathhouse Rehabilitation project with Majestic Services, Inc., in the amount of $1,281,922 plus a $186,690 contingency for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,468,612. [Note: This contract will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) through the achievement of Good Faith Efforts with 2.35% MBE and 4.66% WBE participation].
