The owner of the needed property is TCB Stassney Heights, LLC. The property is located at 5510 South Interstate Highway 35, Austin, Texas 78745. The general route of the project is along Williamson Creek, from South 1st Street to South Pleasant Valley Road, with numerous tie-in cutovers throughout to connect local wastewater flows to the new tunnel.
