Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Child, Inc. to administer the Early Head Start Program, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $189,085 to the current term ending on September 30, 2024, and $189,085 to the remaining renewal option, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $695,470.
