Authorize an amendment to the contract for additional design, bid/award, construction phase, and warranty phase services for the Branch Library Interior Renovations project with MWM Design Group, Inc., in the amount of $334,199, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $1,019,199. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 34.67% MBE and 61.00% WBE].
