The owner of the needed property is APAC-Texas, Inc.. The property is located at 00 Ed Bluestein Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78725. The general route of the project is in southeast Austin along United States Highway 183 and immediately north of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
