Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Youth and Family Alliance d/b/a LifeWorks to provide services to unaccompanied homeless youth and homeless young adults 24 years of age and younger, to add four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $231,319, beginning September 1, 2023, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,174,040.
