Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the legal services agreement with Blair Leake and Wright and Greenhill, PC for individual officer representation in Ambler et al v. Williamson County et al, Cause No. 1:20-cv -01068 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in an amount of $256,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $401,500.
