Authorize an amendment to a contract for preconstruction, schematic design, and construction services for the Canyon Creek Fire Station with JE Dunn Construction Inc., to increase the amount by $20,000,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $91,550,000. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9A and 2-9B (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date for the Construction Phase is 7.98% MBE and 6.49% WBE].
